Our Selling Process

  • Let’s put a face to the email address or phone number and have a chat! Whether in person or virtually, this is an important step to get to know each other and your real estate plans and goals. We want you to have the opportunity to ask any burning questions and, most importantly, to make sure it’s a great fit.

This is also a good time to introduce you to our marketing and staging strategies, as well as go over expectations and potential concerns.

  • Having a solid understanding of the value of your home is a crucial step towards a successful sale. Once we’ve had a chance to learn more about your property, we will provide you with a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) that will help us understand the true value of your home in the current market.

  • The boots are on the ground during this stage of the process. We’ll recommend fixes or updates to your space that will help you get top dollar. We have an extensive list of trusted trades to engage along the way.

  • We use industry leaders in staging to strategically transform your space and get you the best possible offer. Check out some of our before-and-after pictures!

  • Advertising your property to the right buyers is key. We’ll use social media to share high-quality photos and videos, floor plans, and virtual tours. Once your property is on the market, we will keep you updated on how your property is received by potential buyers.

  • We will negotiate with your best interest at heart. Much like on the buyer side of things, we will treat your money like it’s ours, and work tirelessly to secure the best possible outcome.

  • After a successful offer, our job is not done! We’ll be there with you until closing and beyond. Do you need lawyer recommendations or a great moving company? We’ve got you covered!

We have developed a step-by-step system to take you from our initial meeting, through the prep and marketing stages, and onto a successful closing day and beyond!
